Terms e Conditions Agreement for Sicily Music Holidays

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the ten-day musicians' vacation organized by Sicily Music Holidays.

2. Registration and Payment

The participation fee is €1950 (excluding any promotional discounts). A non-refundable deposit of €250 is required at the time of registration. The final balance must be paid no later than three months before the edition begins.

3. Health Insurance

Our plan includes basic third-party liability coverage. However, all participants
obtain a health insurance policy from a trusted agency, covering all medical expenses during the vacation. Participants who fail to provide proof of valid
WILL NOT be covered by Sicily Music Holidays.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by the organizers:

  • In the event of cancellation due to insufficient registrations, all fees paid (including the deposit) will be fully refunded.
  • Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

4.2 Cancellation by the participant:

  • A full refund of the fee will only be granted in the event of illness, upon submission of a valid medical certificate.
  • No refund will be issued for any other reason of cancellation.
  • The deposit of €250 is non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Liability

The organizers undertake to provide a safe and secure environment for all participants and their belongings. However, they shall not be held liable for damages, theft, accidents, or incidents arising from negligence r circumstances beyond their control.

Participants are responsible for adhering to local laws and the conduct standards set by the hosting facilities.

6. Modifications and Updates

The organization reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, promptly informing all participants.

7. Acceptance

By signing this agreement, the participant acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound by them.
